Welcome to the Coplan Vineyards Inner Circle — a small, dedicated community of wine lovers who value craftsmanship, connection, and the rare experience of truly limited-production wines. As a member, you’ll enjoy guaranteed access to our most sought-after releases, priority invitations to private events, and the ability to customize club shipments to match your taste for Heritage and Proprietor members.
Membership also unlocks exclusive privileges, including priority access to our luxury Estate Villa stay, member-only gatherings, and first access to our small-batch estate olive oil. With most wines produced in just four to eight barrels, the Inner Circle offers a unique opportunity to enjoy age-worthy, expressive wines that reflect the beauty and character of the Coplan estate.
The initial 100 members of the Heritage and Proprietor levels will have Founders Club Status, enjoying additional discounts and founders-only events. Shipments are twice a year, in spring and fall.

*** Wine Club shipments can be picked up at Coplan Vineyards as detailed below. Shipment is made via ground shipping. Shipments outside the West Coast, shipments for > 12 bottles, and return shipping are subject to an additional charge (but provided at a 25% discount off the ground shipping rate, except for return shipments).

While we hope to earn your loyalty for many years, Members may cancel at any time after receiving two Inner Circle shipments. We require 30 days’ notice prior to the next scheduled shipment.

Your card will be charged once we notify members that no further changes can be made to their allocation. This is typically two weeks prior to shipment. (Please note: shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions.)

Yes. Members may pick up their wine at winery allocation events or with advance reservations.
If you would like to arrange a pickup, please email carole@coplanvineyards.com at least 7 days before Club Release orders are finalized.
Orders not picked up within 45 days will automatically be shipped to the address on file.

By joining, members confirm they are 21 years of age or older. An adult 21+ must be available to sign for the wine at delivery.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and shipping information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect details, returns, or carrier fees will be the member’s responsibility.

Yes. Coplan Vineyards reserves the right to update membership terms and conditions. Existing members will receive advance notice of any changes.
